Meanwhile, the LTO Chief Edgar Galvante has mentioned that the government is planning to release almost 400,000 licenses per month that would start in November this year.

This is in accordance with President Duterte’s promise to his countrymen that he will try his best to reduce the processing time for business permits and licenses during his first State of the Nation Address (SONA) last July 25, 2016.
It can be recalled how he shared the simplicity of Davao City when processing permits and other required documents of Davaenos.

In regards to the impounded vehicles, Galvante stated that they will transfer those vehicles to a vacant lot located in San Isidro, Tarlac owned by the agency. Vehicle owners should also shoulder the transfer and storage fee for their cars, and if they did not claim within six months, these cars will be auctioned.
