Two Leila De Lima's Nephews were among of the four suspects who were arrested while the police are conducting Oplan Tokhang operations. They are arrested in Baao, Camarines Sur, this August 23, Tuesday.
Based on Bicol standard, the Baao Police identified the suspects as Zaldy Botin, 31, of San Juan: William Catangui y Cederia, 28 of San Juan: Richard De Lima, 37 and his older nrother Alexander, 39, from San Agustin, Iriga City. The four of them are now jailed at Baao PNP station, for futher questions.

Barangay Kagawad Elma Gaspi, a cousin of De Lima, the two of them are De Lima's nephews. He added that De Lima once sent this two to jail at same reason to show to public that they are not allowed to do it.
Gaspi requested that don't mention Leila De Lima on this case. He said that Alexander and Richard are son of De Lima's cousin which he has not mention.

Leila de Lima, 56, was from Iriga City, Camarines Sur. She became Chairperson of the Philippine Commision on Human Rights (CHR) in 2008 when Gloria Macapagal Arroyo is the president of the Philippines. She resigned from post in 2010 when she was appointed to be secretary of the Department of Justice.

ReplyDeleteOh dear, that is not the point. That person was just trying to express his/her self or stating his/her opinion. And I think he/she has sent the message across. Non native and native speakers of the English language can understand what he/she was trying to say. We don't care about the rules governing the sequence of verb tenses in this case. What we care is how De lima failed to rule and govern her own backyard(as per Pres Duterte) and this is the status quo. You can debunk his/her point of view, but cannot argue against his/her grammatical errors, because it's totally unnecessary in this situation. I'm just saying pal.
