Former Laguna Governor and Actor Emilio Ramon “ER” Ejercito went to social media to call for the immediate arrest of former President Benigno Aquino III for the crimes he committed during his term as president.
He also claims that Comelec Commissioner Christian Robert Lim and Aquino plotted against him because of the hasty proceedings against his case of ‘overspending’ during the 2013 May polls.

“Ipakulong na si noynoy aquino sa lalong madaling panahon dahil sa palpak na pamamahala niya sa bansang pilipinas at sa mga kasalanan niya sa taong bayan gaya ng kaso niya sa dap, pdaf, edca, mrt, malampaya funds, laguna lake rehab, dbp bonuses, mamasapano saf 44 at iba pang kaso.” Ejercito said [in all caps].
“Kagaya ni chief justice renato corona at general angelo reyes, ako din po ay isa sa mga kawawang biktima ng selective injustice ng vindictive at incompetent na presidente noynoy aquino – dahil sa mahigit isang libong opisyal na may kasong overspending – ako lamang po ang nag-iisang halal na opisyal na mabilis na tinanggal sa posisyon samantalang ang ibang opisyal ay pinagbayad lamang ng cash fine as penalty – at noong may 9 2016 elections naman ay inutos ni noynoy aquino kay comelec commissioner christian robert lim na guluhin na naman ako sa laguna at lituhin ang mga botante ko para hindi na ako manalo at hindi na ako makabalik sa pwesto (680,473 dapat ang boto ko noong may 9, 2016 elections at dapat panalo ako) pero pinaupo nila bilang gobernador ng laguna ay ang tuta ng liberal party na isang sugarol at garapal na magnanakaw ng pera ng pamahalaang lalawigan ng laguna. – dahil ito ang kanilang masamang plano sa ‘oplan asiong 2014 ᴀᴛ 2016’” he said in his facebook post.
Ejercito cries foul for making fun of his family name not once but twice and he accused both Aquino and Lim for it, Ejercito claims that his vote should’ve been 680,473 a clear winner if only his vote wasn’t split in two.
“Dalawang beses na po binastos at binaboy ni noynoy aquino at christian robert lim ang boto ng mga taga laguna – kayat hustisya at special elections sa laguna na may patas / parehas na laban lamang ang aking ipinagdadasal at ipinaglalaban para sa mga maliliit at kawawang biktima ni noynoy aquino na kagaya ko. – ipakulong na si Benigno Simeon ‘Noynoy’ Aquino III!!!! – hustisya para sa mga kawawang biktima ni noynoy aquino!!!! – dahil winasak niya ang mga pangarap at buhay namin!!!!” Ejercito further said.
During the May 9, 2016 elections, ER Ejercito’s son Jorge Antonio Genaro Ejercito filed for candidacy for Governor of Laguna but later withdraw to make way for his father who they didn’t know was allowed to run.
They filed a petition to the Supreme Court to stop printing the younger Ejercito’s name into the ballots, but that petition failed, thus there was two Ejercito in the Gubernatorial race in Laguna.
Having two Ejercitos listed as candidates for the same position splits the votes of the father’s supporters.
