The PTV went live as they showed the President Duterte giving his speech in front of the OFWs who were brought back from Saudi Arabia.

Today, August 31, 2016, Duterte went to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport to show his support to the Overseas Filipino Workers who were stranded abroad for several months.
