Hindi gaya ng nagdaang administrasyon, walang inilatag na barb wire at walang inihandang container van na haharang sa magsasagawa ng kilos protesta ngayong araw sa palibot ng Batasan complex sa Quezon City.

Katunayan pinayagan sila ng bagong administrasyong Duterte na makapagmartsa papalapit sa Batasan Road.

Simula kahapon ay nagsimula na ang programa ng BAYAN sa Quezon City Memorial Circle at mamaya ay magsisimula na silang mag martsa papalapit ng Batasan.

Sinabi ni BAYAN Sec. Gen. Renato Reyes, ito ang unang pagkakataon na napayagan silang makalapit sa Batasan complex.

Sa panig ng mga nagpoprotesta, wala rin silang inihandang effigy na susunugin, ‘di gaya noong nagdaang mga administrasyon.
Dati-rati, ilang araw bago ang SONA ng pangulo ng bansa, inihahanda na ng mga militanteng grupo ang naglalakihang effigy dahil sentro lagi ng kanilang pagkilos ang pagsusunog ng mga ito.

Ngayon, sa halip na effigy, malalaking kulay puting kalapati ang bitbit ng iba’t ibang grupo habang sila ay nagmamartsa patungo sa Batasan.

May mga inihanda namang truck ng basura na gagamitin na pangharang sakaling mayroong magtangka na manggulo.
