Paolo Duterte arrested in Davao for over speeding

Davao City Vice Mayor Paolo "Pulong" Duterte is not exempted in any policy implemented in Davao. The Land Transportation Office (LTO) arrested Paolo Duterte on Friday morning in Bangkal, Davao City for over speeding.

Paolo Duterte posted in his account a copy of Temporary Operator’s Permit (TOP) indicating a speed of 57kph. The maximum speed in that area is 40 kph.

He put a caption saying that he's in a hurry to go home because his wife is already angry.

Paolo Duterte accepted his fault for over speeding and his followers appreciated it. One of his follower commented that he's been arrested because he is good-looking.


"If the they are basing the looks, they should have gotten Baste as well." Paolo jokingly replied.

“But the problem with Baste, there is no speed limit in surfing. Do you really wanted us all to be caught ha?” he added.
