Duterte's picture is placed at Indonesia's National Monument

The photo has been displayed at the National Monument in Central Jakarta, Indonesia where he is set to fly after attending the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). Also, it is his second stop for his international travel as head of state.
